- Crack Seal : SmartCare Crack Seal
ensures uncomparable crack bridging ability for plaster cracks of up to 3 mm.
- Textured Crack Filler : An acrylic wall crack filler with a
grainy texture that matches the exterior texture. SmartCare Textured Crack
Filler fills plaster cracks in exterior surfaces of upto 10 mm. An easy to
apply and easy to clean product, it is also non-corrosive to metals.
- Crack Shield : A glass fibre based product, used to hide
spider web like cracks on interior walls. SmartCare Crackshield flattens and
evens out the walls giving them a crack-free finish before painting.
- Unyver Seal : An all weather and odourless neutral
silicone sealant. SmartCare UnyverSeal is commonly used for sealing of glass,
masonry and sanitary joints. This non-acetoxy elastic sealant is based on high
quality polysiloxanes which cures with atmospheric moisture to form a durable
seal. Available in clear, white & black.
- AkrylMax : An acrylic based joints filling sealant
for doors, windows, switch board and masonry joints. It can be easily top
coated with a water-based paint. After drying, it forms a soft plastic elastic
rubber and is applicable on interiors and exteriors.
- Hybrid Pu Sealant : A moisture curing sealant, commonly used
for sealing dynamic structural joints upto 40 mm. SmartCare Hybrid PU
Sealant after curing, it forms a flexible rubber-type seal that can easily be
painted on.
- Joint Tapes : Asian Paints SmartCare
Joint Tapes are intended for waterproofing of all ‘L’ shaped construction
joints in buildings and residential areas. These are made of advanced elastomer
EPDM rubber which characterizes very good elasticity, viscosity and weather
resistance.
- Roof Tapes : Intended for waterproofing of all ‘L’ shaped construction joints in buildings and residential areas. Asian Paints SmartCare Roof Tapes is made of advanced rubber with durable elasticity, viscosity and weather resistance. The EPDM membrane reinforces waterproofing abilities of SmartCare Damp Proof on application on terraces.
